Julie is a psychotherapist and coach, and a founder of the Therapy Loft. She provides sessions in French and in English, online and face to face. She offers a free 20-minute initial video consultation.

Julie offers a warm, relaxed and personable approach to therapy, allowing space for sessions to be both thoughtful and sometimes light-hearted. In her experience, some of the most meaningful therapeutic breakthroughs can happen in moments of shared humour as well as reflection. Her style is conversational and interactive — she won’t simply sit back silently. Julie aims to create a space where clients feel heard and understood, while also offering gentle and empathetic challenge when it may be helpful.

Her approach is integrative, meaning she adapts sessions to suit each individual’s needs and preferences. This might involve exploring past experiences and trauma, or focusing on practical ways to move forward and break free from unhelpful patterns or difficult situations in the present. She offers space to express thoughts and feelings freely, while also helping keep the process focused so sessions don’t get stuck going in circles. She regularly checks in with clients to see how the process feels and whether anything needs adjusting.

Julie has experience supporting clients through a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as work, relationship and family concerns. She also specialises in perinatal work, supporting individuals through pregnancy, birth trauma, postnatal depression or anxiety, and the identity and relationship changes that motherhood and parenthood can bring.

Alongside her psychotherapy training, Julie is also a qualified coach. Her 20-year background in corporate roles means she is particularly well-placed to support clients navigating work-related challenges, drawing on both her professional experience and coaching skills.

Sessions are £95 with some concessionary slots available. Read more and contact Julie at juliemamoutherapy@outlook.com.

Charlotte Breadmore is a Five Element acupuncturist offering calm, compassionate care for people who feel out of balance physically, emotionally or energetically. Her work is shaped by her own experience of the profound support acupuncture can offer during times of stress, transition and emotional overwhelm, which led her to retrain as a practitioner.

Charlotte trained in Classical Five Element Acupuncture with a strong focus on

presence, listening and the therapeutic relationship, deepening her understanding of how this tradition can support people in a contemporary setting. This ancient system of medicine, developed over 2,000 years ago, is based on the balance of the Five Elements; Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water, each associated with particular

organs, emotions and natural cycles. When this balance is disrupted, symptoms can arise on physical, emotional or energetic levels. Her approach is thoughtful and individualised, focusing on identifying the root cause of imbalance rather than simply managing surface symptoms. Treatments begin with

a comprehensive consultation and are tailored to each person. Clients often seek

support for stress and anxiety, hormonal and women’s health concerns, chronic pain, sleep disturbances, digestive issues and emotional wellbeing.

In addition to traditional acupuncture, Charlotte offers facial acupuncture, a natural, non-invasive treatment that supports circulation, collagen production and overall skin health, while also addressing underlying internal patterns.

Charlotte is fully qualified, insured and a member of the British Acupuncture Council.

She offers a complimentary 15-minute introductory call for those wishing to explore whether acupuncture is right for them.

● Acupuncture initial consultation (90 minutes): £95

● Acupuncture follow-up treatments (45-60 minutes): £70

● Facial acupuncture (90 minutes): £110

● Five Element acupuncture package - £350 - Initial consultation + 4 follow ups

● Facial acupuncture package - £350 - Initial consultation + 4 follow ups

With over two decades of clinical experience, I've had the privilege of helping people from all walks of life achieve the optimal health they need to continue doing what they love.

Whether it's dealing with an acute injury, a chronic condition, or providing routine maintenance, my aim for each session is always to ensure that it is thoughtfully adapted to whatever the body needs at that time.

When addressing musculoskeletal pain, I use a functional movement-based approach to identify where and how the body may be compensating or ‘cheating’. Combining these insights with manual therapy and corrective exercise enables a path towards breaking the cycle of dysfunction and treating the source of the problem, rather than just the symptoms.

For those who simply want effective relief from muscle tension, I offer a range of soft tissue therapies from sports and deep tissue massage to more specialised, targeted techniques like myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and medical acupuncture (dry needling). If you’re unsure of what you need, don’t worry - sessions are often a bespoke blend of techniques specifically tailored to your comfort levels and recovery needs.

Alongside my clinical practice, I spent several years instructing on a sports massage diploma course as well as running my own workshops. While I’ve stepped away from teaching for now, I look forward to returning to the classroom in the future.

I am a member of the Sports Massage Association (SMA) and a certified Functional Movement Systems (FMS) practitioner.

Examples of conditions that I treat:

Tension-type headache

Restricted neck movement

Radiculopathy (‘trapped’ nerve)

Frozen shoulder

Lower back pain

Sciatica

Iliotibial band syndrome (outer thigh/knee pain)

Plantar fasciitis (heel pain)

Other standalone therapies offered:

Pregnancy massage

Reflexology (for relaxation only)

Indian head massage.

I’m Georgia, a registered Reflexologist and Nutritional Therapist, with a particular passion for hands-on, restorative care.

I trained in Reflexology at the London School of Reflexology at Regent’s University London, where I developed a deep understanding of reflex maps, zone theory and how precise pressure techniques can support the body’s systems. My approach centres on reflexology as a calming, regulating therapy that encourages balance, supports the nervous system and creates space for the body to rest and recalibrate.

Prior to this, I completed three years of training in Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, undertaking over 200 hours of supervised clinical practice. This training allows me to view each client holistically, recognising how digestion, hormones, stress and lifestyle patterns may influence what presents during a treatment.

I offer reflexology and nutritional therapy as standalone services, or as an integrated approach where therapeutic touch and personalised nutrition work together to provide deeper, longer-term support.

I am a proud member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR), the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), and the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP).

My work is grounded in science and delivered with care, supporting realistic and sustainable change that fits naturally into daily life.

I am a couples and family psychotherapist. I work with couples, families, and individuals who may be struggling with aspects of life that are hard to understand, feeling stuck in current situations or struggling with past events. I offer a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental space where you can slow down, be curious, and explore what’s going on in your life and relationships. You may want to explore conflict dynamics within your couple relationships or with your children. Or you may wish to individually explore situations and events which may be holding you back in life so you can overcome obstacles and navigate life’s complexities.

I offer a down to earth, collaborative space to reflect and understand what changes you want to make. I strive to create a safe, non-judgemental space. My work is rooted in anti-oppressive and anti-racist values. I hold space for the many ways people make sense of themselves, their families, and their lives — including across culture, identity, and experience.

I have over 30 years of experience working with individuals, children, young people, and families in a wide range of settings. I am registered and fully insured with a MSc in Systemic Family Therapy (Kings College London) and have also trained as Family Therapy Supervisor (Tavistock, London).

Systemic Therapy utilises a range of models. However, I draw on and have further training in a wide range of evidenced based approaches such as Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) Internal Family Systems, Levels 1 and 2 (IFIO) Mindfulness, Non-Violent Resistance, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

These models help guide working with interpersonal relational, mental and emotional health challenges, but our work is always tailored to what feels right and helpful for you.

Availability & Booking

I offer a free 15- minute telephone call to anyone interested in therapy with me where we can explore what your hopes and expectations are and whether what I offer is a good fit for you. I offer face to face and online sessions.

I am a dedicated Psychological Practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience, specialising in supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, and complex emotional challenges. My practice is rooted in psychodynamic theory, which means I look beyond symptoms to understand the underlying patterns and life experiences that shape how we feel and relate to others today.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and have completed an intensive two-year Clinical Residency within specialist hospital settings (Pediatrics and Psychiatry). This deep clinical background allows me to offer a grounded, evidence-based approach to psychotherapy. Alongside traditional talk therapy, I am a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) practitioner, a powerful tool for processing traumatic memories and reducing emotional distress.

Having relocated from Brazil to London, I am particularly passionate about supporting clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. I offer therapy in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, providing a culturally sensitive space where you can feel truly understood in your native language.

My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed. I view "challenging" emotions or behaviors not as problems to be fixed, but as vital forms of communication. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, struggling with long-term anxiety, or seeking to process past trauma, I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment to explore your path toward healing and growth.

I am a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS) and a member of the Division of Counselling Psychology. I maintain full professional indemnity insurance for UK practice.

We live in a complex, demanding and often stressful world and it can feel overwhelming and challenging for many of us. Seeking support can be the first step in recognising that we are struggling with the challenges we face. Feeling distress is often a confusing and lonely place to be in.

I offer a space for you to talk. I aim to listen with compassion, to enable you to express your feelings, and share thoughts, memories and experiences. I approach each therapeutic encounter as an opportunity to form a unique relationship with curiosity, honesty and openness. There are so many ways in which we express who we are, as we grapple with problems and challenges in our life and relationships. By working together, I hope to support you in processing feelings and experiences, to feel more comfortable and accepting of yourself, and more able to thrive in your relationships.

I have experience of working with people who have struggled with depression, anxiety, bereavement and loss, sexual and childhood trauma, and difficulties in relationships and families. In my work with child, adolescent and young adult services, I have expertise in supporting young people from the LGBTQ+ community, and those who are curious about sexual and gender identity and neurodiversity.

I work with many different communities from a range of cultures, backgrounds and identities and value the experiences that our diversity brings to us all.

I offer a free 20-minute phone or online conversation so that we can get to know each other a little bit more and discuss how we might work together. My fees are £75 for a 50-minute session. I have some spaces to work with people on low incomes. Allison is a clinical social worker specialising in neuroaffirming integrative psychotherapy and ADHD coaching ((MSc., MNCPS, Certified ADHD-Informed Coach).  Her background is in frontline mental health, youth justice and education services.  She supports clients in navigating and understanding their unique brain, including how they may thrive in certain environments and systems while struggling in others. She works with clients to develop self-awareness, clarity, and certainty so they can let go of feeling like something needs to be "fixed" and move forward in life with confidence. She aims to support clients struggling with shame, guilt and overwhelming emotions by uncovering their needs as well as their strengths and abilities.

Allison is specifically interested in the links between neurodivergence and emotional regulation. She works with clients to understand their specific neurotype (e.g, ADHD, Autism, AuDHD), how it looks for them (as we are all unique), and what strengths and abilities they can employ to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

As someone who has ADHD, she has lived experience of both the positives and challenges this can bring. Everyone's story and experience is unique and they deserve a space to feel seen, heard and understood, while encouraged to tap into their abilities and feel hopeful about the future.

I’m Maria Luísa, founder of Tão Linda Therapies, offering an intuitive approach to holistic care that supports both physical and emotional wellbeing.

I am a Holistic Massage Therapist & Aromatherapist, specialising in Systemic Family Constellations and Energy Healing. I offer an integrative practice dedicated to deep nervous system restoration, somatic awareness, and physical realignment.

With an academic background in International Relations, Politics and Economics, my early career followed a more traditional path. Yet, a longstanding calling to work closely and meaningfully with people led me to step away from that environment in search of a more aligned way of supporting others — one rooted in presence, depth, and genuine human connection.

My work is shaped by extensive professional training, personal development, and lived experience.

I am a founding member of the Portuguese Association of Aromatherapy and hold professional membership with the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA), the Guild of Holistic Therapists, and the International Institute for Complementary Therapists. These affiliations reflect a commitment to excellence, integrity, and a deeply client-centred practice.

I approach healing as a process of gentle restoration rather than correction. Each session is designed to offer a calm, private space where you can slow down, recalibrate, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels both safe and supported.
