Julie is a psychotherapist and coach, and the founder of the Therapy Loft. She provides counseling sessions in both French and English, available online and face to face. Additionally, she offers a free 20-minute initial video consultation.
Julie takes a warm, relaxed, and personable approach to therapy, allowing space for sessions to be both thoughtful and occasionally light-hearted. In her experience, some of the most meaningful therapeutic breakthroughs occur during moments of shared humor as well as reflection.
Her style is conversational and interactive—she won’t simply sit back silently. Julie aims to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood, while also providing gentle and empathetic challenges when helpful.
Her integrative approach means she adapts her psychotherapy sessions to suit each individual’s needs and preferences. This might involve exploring past experiences and trauma or focusing on practical ways to move forward and break free from unhelpful patterns or difficult situations in the present.
She offers space to express thoughts and feelings freely while ensuring the process remains focused so sessions don’t go in circles. Julie regularly checks in with clients to assess how the counseling process feels and whether any adjustments are needed.
She has experience supporting clients through a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as challenges related to work, relationships, and family.
Julie also specialises in perinatal work, supporting individuals through pregnancy, birth trauma, postnatal depression or anxiety, and the identity and relationship changes that motherhood and parenthood can bring.
Alongside her psychotherapy training, Julie is a qualified coach. Her 20-year background in corporate roles makes her particularly well-placed to support clients navigating work-related challenges, drawing on both her professional experience and coaching skills.
Sessions are £95, with some concessionary slots available. Contact Julie at juliemamoutherapy@outlook.com. Julie is a member of BACP.

Charlotte Breadmore is a Five Element acupuncturist dedicated to providing calm, compassionate care for individuals seeking balance in their physical, emotional, or energetic well-being. Her journey into acupuncture was inspired by her own experiences with the profound support it offers during stressful times, transitions, and emotional overwhelm, leading her to retrain as a practitioner. Charlotte specializes in Classical Five Element Acupuncture, emphasizing presence, active listening, and the therapeutic relationship, which enhances her understanding of how this ancient system can effectively support mental health in a contemporary context. This time-honored practice, developed over 2,000 years ago, revolves around the equilibrium of the Five Elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water, each linked to specific organs, emotions, and natural cycles. When this balance is disrupted, various symptoms can manifest on physical, emotional, or energetic levels. Her thoughtful and individualized approach focuses on uncovering the root cause of imbalance rather than merely managing superficial symptoms. Each treatment begins with a comprehensive consultation tailored to the unique needs of the client. Many seek support for issues such as stress and anxiety, hormonal and women’s health concerns, chronic pain, sleep disturbances, digestive problems, and overall emotional well-being. In addition to traditional acupuncture, Charlotte also offers facial acupuncture, a natural, non-invasive treatment that enhances circulation, collagen production, and skin health while addressing underlying internal patterns. Alongside her acupuncture practice, Charlotte incorporates elements of coaching and counseling to foster a holistic approach to mental health and emotional healing. She is fully qualified, insured, and a proud member of the British Acupuncture Council. To help those explore whether acupuncture is right for them, she offers a complimentary 15-minute introductory call. Pricing includes: ● Acupuncture initial consultation (90 minutes): £95 ● Acupuncture follow-up treatments (45-60 minutes): £70 ● Facial acupuncture (90 minutes): £110 ● Five Element acupuncture package - £350 - Initial consultation + 4 follow-ups ● Facial acupuncture package - £350 - Initial consultation + 4 follow-ups. I am a dedicated Psychological Practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience, specializing in supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, and complex emotional challenges. My practice is rooted in psychodynamic theory, which means I look beyond symptoms to understand the underlying patterns and life experiences that shape how we feel and relate to others today. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and have completed an intensive two-year Clinical Residency within specialist hospital settings (Pediatrics and Psychiatry). This deep clinical background allows me to offer a grounded, evidence-based approach to psychotherapy and counseling. Alongside traditional talk therapy, I am a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) practitioner, a powerful tool for processing traumatic memories and reducing emotional distress. Having relocated from Brazil to London, I am particularly passionate about supporting clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. I offer therapy in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, providing a culturally sensitive space where you can feel truly understood in your native language. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed. I view 'challenging' emotions or behaviors not as problems to be fixed, but as vital forms of communication. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, struggling with long-term anxiety, or seeking to process past trauma, I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment to explore your path toward healing and growth. I am a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS) and a member of the Division of Counselling Psychology. I maintain full professional indemnity insurance for UK practice. Allison is a clinical social worker specializing in neuroaffirming integrative psychotherapy and ADHD coaching (MSc., MNCPS, Certified ADHD-Informed Coach). Her background encompasses frontline mental health, youth justice, and education services. Through her counseling, she supports clients in navigating and understanding their unique brain, including how they may thrive in certain environments and systems while struggling in others. She works with clients to develop self-awareness, clarity, and certainty, enabling them to let go of the feeling that something needs to be 'fixed' and to move forward in life with confidence. Allison aims to support clients wrestling with shame, guilt, and overwhelming emotions by uncovering their needs as well as their strengths and abilities. She is particularly interested in the links between neurodivergence and emotional regulation. In her coaching, she helps clients understand their specific neurotype (e.g., ADHD, Autism, AuDHD), how it manifests for them (as we are all unique), and what strengths and abilities they can harness to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. As someone with ADHD, she has lived experience of both the positives and challenges it can bring. Everyone's story and experience is unique, and they deserve a space where they feel seen, heard, and understood, while being encouraged to tap into their abilities and feel hopeful about the future. I’m Maria Luísa, founder of Tão Linda Therapies, offering an intuitive approach to holistic care that supports both physical and emotional wellbeing, including aspects of mental health. I am a Holistic Massage Therapist & Aromatherapist, specializing in Systemic Family Constellations, Energy Healing, and integrating practices like acupuncture and coaching to enhance overall wellness. My integrative practice is dedicated to deep nervous system restoration, somatic awareness, and physical realignment. With an academic background in International Relations, Politics, and Economics, my early career followed a more traditional path. Yet, a longstanding calling to work closely and meaningfully with people led me to step away from that environment in search of a more aligned way of supporting others — one rooted in presence, depth, and genuine human connection. My work is shaped by extensive professional training, personal development, and lived experience, incorporating elements of counseling and psychotherapy for a holistic approach. I am a founding member of the Portuguese Association of Aromatherapy and hold professional membership with the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA), the Guild of Holistic Therapists, and the International Institute for Complementary Therapists. These affiliations reflect a commitment to excellence, integrity, and a deeply client-centered practice. I approach healing as a process of gentle restoration rather than correction. Each session is designed to offer a calm, private space where you can slow down, recalibrate, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels both safe and supported. With over 20 years’ experience, including working as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in the NHS, I support individuals to enhance their mental health and navigate distress, trauma, and neurodivergent experiences. In psychotherapy, I work in partnership with you to develop a shared understanding of past, present, and future challenges, helping you feel back in control and determine where you want to see change. We think about your life holistically and how neurodivergence, sexuality, gender, culture, race, and faith may have influenced your experiences. Additionally, we will build coping skills and explore your existing strengths, which can often feel lost when life is challenging. My aim in counseling is to create a safe and curious environment where we can feel connected and understood. Areas of specialty include working with people experiencing difficulties with trauma, anxiety, fears and phobias, depression, OCD, relationship challenges, grief, and cognitive changes. I employ a range of therapeutic models such as EMDR, IFS informed, CBT, systemic, and narrative approaches, enabling me to work in an integrative way that suits each person. I have a special interest in clinical neuropsychology, dementia, and neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and Autism. Clinic Details: Individual Session Cost: £150 per session. I also offer online sessions. Please feel free to get in touch by email: drnaomifilio@gmail.com or through my website: www.drnaomifilio.com.

I offer a warm, thoughtful, and non-judgmental space where children, young people and adults can feel safe to explore what is going on for them. Whether difficulties arise from internal struggles or life circumstances, therapy can provide a consistent space to express, reflect, and begin to make sense of their experiences.
My integrative approach means I draw on a range of therapeutic models, adapting my work to each individual. I support clients with anxiety, low mood, emotional and behavioural difficulties, neurodiversity, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions.

I am a Psychosynthesis counsellor and possess a transpersonal and integrative approach to therapy. I am influenced by Gestalt, Family Systems, Embodied Therapy, and the model itself is Psychodynamic at its root. I have a background and extensive experience in acting and directing theatre, drama school teaching, as a teaching assistant in mainstream schools and PRUs, and as a project leader and one to one carer in Special Educational Needs work. I worked across all of these industries for 20 years and in a wide variety of roles and organisations.
I believe the soul to be central to our existence, its journey paramount, and its innate wisdom our guide. Very often the harshness and pace of the modern world force us into ways of being that are more about survival than living. Our lives can be enjoyable yet also laden with confusing, painful, and disappointing events and relationships. Within all of these and more lie the seeds of our growth and development, our evolution. These experiences, if we can meet them wholeheartedly, can be gifts on our paths to all that we can become.
I aim to create a space where this process can happen, and the deeper, subtler, oft forgotten parts of yourself may have time and space to be seen and heard, to have expression again. It can be a space where you can rediscover how to give yourself permission to love and be loved.
I am regularly back at The Psychosynthesis Trust to assist on training courses with several highly qualified trainers and practitioners as well as to partake in workshops to develop my own knowledge and skills, both towards an increased awareness of clients and their varying needs.
I can hold space for you to explore: Abuse, Anger management, Anxiety, Bereavement, Cultural issues, Disability, Grief, Health related issues, Identity issues, Loss, Men's issues, Neurodiversity, Obsessions, Personal development, Phobias, Redundancy, Self-esteem, Self-harm, Sensory impairment, Sex-related issues, Sexual identity, Sexuality, Spirituality, Stress, Work related issues, and more* …

Hello and Welcome. Sometimes it can be difficult to find the words or language to express what is going on inside us.
Creative Therapy uses story, drawing, writing, and play to explore what’s happening in the present and how past events have contributed to the challenges you currently experience.
It can use the body or it can use words. It uses the same theory as traditional talking therapy but approaches it through creativity and play.
It lets go of the ‘should’, ‘ought’ and ‘need to’ and focuses on what is. Play and creativity can be a way of accessing part of ourselves we didn’t know were there and offering the space they need to be heard with curiosity and empathy
It’s suitable for adults, adolescents and children. There’s no need to be ‘good’ at creativity. It’s about turning up and seeing what happens.
About me.
I first studied with the CPBAB where I got my qualifications in Level 2 and 3 Counselling Skills before training at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in Drama and Movement Therapy.

I'm Mark, a BACP-registered integrative counsellor specialising in men's mental health. I work with men who are overthinking, emotionally exhausted, or struggling with anger, stress, or patterns they can't seem to break. I offer face-to-face sessions at The Therapy Loft and online, with a free 15–20 minute introductory call available by phone, online, or in person.
Who I work with
The men I see tend to arrive at a similar point. You've been managing, sometimes for years, but it's stopped being sustainable. You're not used to talking about how you feel. The idea of sitting with a stranger to do that doesn't come naturally and you may even be sceptical about counselling.
Some of my clients suspect they might be neurodivergent but have avoided finding out. Some have been thinking about therapy for months, maybe longer, but kept putting it off. Some have tried AI chatbots because that felt safer than talking to a real person. And some simply believe other people have it worse, so they shouldn't need help.
If any of that sounds familiar, you're exactly who I work with. Many of my clients have never had therapy before. You don't need to arrive knowing what to say or where to begin.
Issues I can support with
How I work
Clients describe me as calm, relaxed and easy to talk to. I'm an integrative counsellor, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on what you need rather than following a single rigid model.
My approach isn't about quick fixes or simply giving advice. Together we explore the patterns, pressures, relationships and past experiences that sit underneath current difficulties. In practice, we will tend to work across three areas.
Your relationships and patterns. the recurring cycles in how you relate to people, how you react under pressure, and what's driving those responses. We look at the connections between your thoughts, your emotions, and your behaviour.
Your values and purpose. what genuinely matters to you, whether you're living in alignment with it, and where the gap between who you are and who you're expected to be is causing friction.
Your beliefs about yourself. the stories you carry about worthiness, permission, and what you deserve. For many of my clients, this is where shame and perfectionism live, and where self-compassion is hardest to reach.
We won't just talk about problems. We'll explore where they come from, build understanding together, and develop practical strategies you can use between sessions and beyond.
What to expect
The first session is about getting to know each other and for me to ensure you feel relaxed and comfortable from the outset. You'll feel heard, probably for the first time in a while, and we'll work together to map out what brought you here and what you want to change.
From there, each session has a loose structure. We check in, we work on whatever matters most to you that week, and we build toward your goals. I'll introduce tools and strategies when they're useful, and we regularly review progress. Your honest feedback shapes our work and makes it better.
What I ask of you is straightforward: show up, be honest even when it's uncomfortable, give me your full attention for the time we're together, (mobiles off!) and be willing to reflect and take small actions during the week. Like physio or learning a new skill, the work between sessions matters as much as the sessions themselves.
What I offer in return: 50 minutes of my complete attention, confidentiality, and a calm, relaxed space with no judgement. I know we all have busy lives, so I'm flexible. I offer sessions in person at The Therapy Loft, online, or a hybrid of in-person and online.
It's not always easy. But the men who stick with it say the same thing, they wish they'd started sooner.
About me
I'm a BACP-registered integrative counsellor (no. 390753) with specialist training in men's mental health, anger, and neurodivergence. I offer a neurodivergent-affirming approach and work with autistic clients. I hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling (CPCAB) and an MBA from the University of Glasgow.
Alongside my counselling practice, I've worked for many years in business environments. I understand the pressure many clients are navigating professionally and personally.
Outside of work, I sadly follow the (mis)fortunes of West Ham, am addicted to Parkrun, and still occasionally find myself in the middle of a moshpit when really I should have given up years ago.
Sessions are £85. I offer a free introductory call lasting around 15–20 minutes, giving you the opportunity to decide whether working together feels right.
If you've been thinking about this for a while, get in touch and let's see how we can work together.
